Travel Honorariums

For those attendees planning to join us at the Donate Life Symposium and who face a financial commitment beyond registration (airfare, hotel, gas), LifeSource offers a limited number of $250.00 individual travel honorariums with a maximum of four honorariums awarded per organization.

Honorariums are awarded based on:

• Living more than 100 miles from Mystic Lake Event Center in Prior Lake, MN
• The strength of your personal and unique essay. Describe in 250 words (or less) how attendance at the symposium will contribute to:
  • Your professional growth
  • The success of your organization’s donation and/or transplant program
  • Your ability to advocate for donation

Honorariums will be reimbursed after the Symposium. Following the Symposium, honorarium checks will be sent from LifeSource upon proof of attendance and receipt of a W-9 tax form.
